Cidrerie de Cozmezou

The Cidrerie de Cozmezou is located in Plouégat-Guérand in the heart of Finistère, a commune renowned for its climate and soil, which is ideal for growing cider apples. Erwan Le Caër is committed to blending traditional know-how, with innovation, experimenting with new cuvées to offer a distinctive balance of freshness and bitterness in his ciders. The cidrerie produces ciders, apple juice, vinegar, pommeau, chouchenn and eau de vie.

Cidrerie du Léguer

The Cidrerie du Léguer, located in Lannion in the Côtes-d'Armor, is an artisanal cidery founded by Cédric Le Bloas known for its deep commitment to organic farming. This cidrerie uses traditional methods to craft pure, sulfite-free ciders from hand-harvested apples. The cider-making process follows a meticulous, wine-inspired approach with long fermentations that enhance the depth and complexity of flavors.
