Meet Clément & Mathilde

Our ambition is to bring you a little piece of Brittany in the middle of Zürich: a traditional Breton crêperie experience while prioritizing seasonal and local Swiss products.

Passionate about food and ciders, Mathilde and Clément traveled through Brittany and trained in Kerlouan, on the Coast of Legends, to bring you authentic Kraz galettes. Kraz, which means crispy in Breton, refers to the pleasant and tasty crispiness of our buckwheat galettes. But that’s not all; you will also find comforting sweet crêpes, just like in your childhood memory, and delicious ciders from Brittany and Switzerland.
